Select Encompass now offers a live chat option so we can assist you as efficiently as possible. This exciting new option allows you to chat with us online and in real time. 

If you’re on the Select Encompass website you may see the live chat button appear on the right-hand side of the screen if a customer service specialist is available. Simply click on the live chat button to connect and you will move into a chat session with one of our customer service specialists who can help with any product or service related enquires.

Live chat is available from 9am – 5pm (when an agent is available), Monday – Friday (AEST), excluding public and bank holidays.

When a Select Encompass customer service specialist is available, a live chat button will appear on the Select Encompass website. To begin a chat session click the “Live Chat” button (example below), located on the right hand side of the screen.


Which devices include Live Chat support?
Live Chat will appear on all Desktop and Tablet devices but will not appear when browsing on your mobile device.

What can I chat about?
We can help with general information about Select Encompass' products and services, and any general questions you have about your financial needs.

Is my chat secure?
Yes, we protect your security with 128-bit SSL encryption of the chat transcript. We won’t ask you for your personal details, account number or passwords — and we recommend that you are always careful about disclosing any banking details.
If the service is closed, you can still ask a question or provide feedback via the online enquiry form.
