Our new Select Encompass App is compatible with most Apple and Android devices, providing a streamlined and easy to use interface.

Our App allows you to:

  • Temporarily lock your Visa Card
  • quickly check your balance;
  • make BPAY payments;
  • transfer funds;
  • change your PIN;
  • report a lost or stolen card;
  • find your nearest rediATM;
  • Feedback form; and
  • Make contactless payments with Visa payWave (transactions over $100 require card PIN) - Android KitKat 4.4 or later only
  • Add your Select Encompass Visa card into Android or Apple Pay

Will it work on my phone?

The Select Encompass mobile app will work on Android devices (KitKat 4.4 and above) and iOS devices (iOS 7 and above). The redi2PAY functionality will only work on NFC-enabled Android phones running KitKat 4.4 or above. For more details, please see our FAQ.

Important Notice: The launch of the much improved Select Encompass App, will replace the current Select Encompass Mutual Banking and Encompass redi2PAY app. Please note:  As of the 31/03/17 we will be discontinuing the current Select Mutual Banking and Encompass redi2PAY apps.

What to expect!

 

Registering is easy

Search for us in the App Store or Google Play. Once you have downloaded the App, you’ll be asked to enter your Internet Banking login details. As part of the registration process, you’ll be asked to select a 4 digit passcode. This will be your passcode when you use the App:

  • Choose a passcode that’s different to your PIN
  • Do not reveal your passcode to anyone
