This involves an assessment of the borrower's ability to meet the obligations of a loan against the individual circumstances of hardship.If you are unable reasonably, because of illness, unemployment or other reasonable cause, to meet your obligations under a credit contract you may apply to change the terms of your loan contract.

Following receipt of your application, a member of the Select Encompass Credit Control team will contact you to acknowledge receipt of your application and provide you with their direct contact details. You are invited to contact that team member at any time during the process.
Your application for hardship assistance will be assessed and we will then contact you to discuss the most appropriate solution for your situation.
A decision will be communicated to you within 21 days.
While your request for assistance is being assessed however, you should pay as much as you can reasonably afford off your loan.
It may also assist you to know that you are able to seek assistance for other loans or credit products you may have with other financial institutions by contacting them.
